These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.joltparts.com and purchases from Jolt Parts LLC (“Jolt Parts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies disclosed before your purchase. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

Eligibility and United States Sales

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You represent that you have the authority to enter into the transaction and use the payment method provided.

Jolt Parts sells and ships products within the United States only. Available shipping destinations and any delivery restrictions are identified during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, vehicle applications, pricing, photographs, and availability information. However, errors, omissions, and inventory changes may occur.

Product photographs may be representative. Refer to the product description for the item’s specifications, finish, quantity, and included components. Unless expressly stated, accessories or other items shown in photographs are not included.

We may update listings and correct errors. If a material error affects an existing order, we will contact you regarding available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher corrected price without your authorization.

Vehicle Fitment and Compatibility

Before ordering, review the product description, vehicle applications, measurements, and installation requirements. Compatibility may vary based on vehicle options, production changes, prior repairs, modifications, or differences between original and replacement components.

Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle. Any information you provide about your vehicle must be accurate and complete.

Inspect and test-fit parts before painting, modifying, or installing them. If a part appears incorrect, damaged, or defective, discontinue installation and contact us promptly.

These responsibilities do not limit your rights if we supply an incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed product.

Installation and Product Use

Products must be used for their intended purpose and installed according to applicable manufacturer instructions. Installation of safety-related components should be performed by a qualified professional.

You are responsible for determining whether a modification or product use complies with applicable vehicle safety, emissions, inspection, and road-use requirements. A product’s availability on our website does not establish that every possible use is lawful.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product’s intended purpose may affect return eligibility or warranty coverage, subject to applicable law and the relevant warranty terms.

Orders and Payments

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee inventory availability or fulfillment. Orders remain subject to verification and acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a material pricing or description error, inability to fulfill the order, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or other lawful reasons.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and refund the amount collected for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges attributable to those items.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices may change before an order is placed. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout.

Promotions and discounts are subject to their disclosed conditions. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your authorization.

Shipping, Supplier-Direct Orders, and Backorders

Shipping arrangements are governed by the shipping information disclosed with your order and our Shipping Policy.

Orders may ship from Jolt Parts or directly from a supplier. Items in the same order may arrive separately and from different locations.

Handling time is the time required to prepare an order for shipment. Carrier transit time begins after shipment. Estimates may vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier.

If we cannot ship within the applicable stated timeframe, we will provide the shipping delay notices, consent options, cancellation rights, and refunds required by law. You may accept a revised shipment timeframe or cancel affected unshipped items as permitted by applicable law.

Contact us promptly if tracking indicates a delivery problem or if your package is missing, damaged, or incomplete. Preserve packaging and photographs when reasonably possible so we can investigate and assist with a resolution.

Nothing in these Terms makes a carrier’s delivery scan conclusive proof of receipt or eliminates rights you may have concerning undelivered merchandise.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy governs ordinary returns, return authorization, eligibility, return shipping, applicable fees, and refund procedures. Review that policy before ordering.

Any restrictions involving installed, painted, modified, electrical, custom, or special-order products must be disclosed in the applicable policy or product listing before purchase.

Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed item, contact us promptly for assistance.

Requests to cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. An order already shipped may require a return rather than cancellation. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Our policies do not exclude remedies that applicable law requires.

We may restrict or suspend access for security concerns, suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, or other lawful reasons. Account suspension or closure does not eliminate obligations concerning existing orders, refunds, or applicable warranties.
